About this PreSchool

If you are interested in applying to our program please know the following things:1. We must have proof of your child's age before we take an application. Proof may be ONE (1) of the following: - Birth Certificate - Baptismal Certificate - Physical/ Immunization record - Passport2. We must have proof of your income before we take an application. Proof must be ONE (1) of the following: - Signed Income tax return for last year - TANF award letter (less than 90 days old) this can be printed from the internet - SSI award letter (less than 90 days) If you don't have any of the above you must provide ALL of the following that APPLY TO YOU: - Child support verification - W-2s for all jobs worked in last year - Unemployment awards - Statement of support - Statement
