EARLY HEAD START ENROLLMENT - Pregnant women - children 24 monthsAgeChildren must be 6 weeks - 24 months old by Septbember 1 to attend center-based classes. Pregnant women and children newborn - 24 months old may participate in a home-visit program.IncomeYour child will qualify if your income is within the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
