Child Development Center classes assist parents by providing a 12-month educational enrichment program for children aged 2.9-5 years old.
Parents of participating children must meet income eligibility requirements and must either be employed, in a training program or attending college, or incapacitated.
Children at risk of abuse or neglect are also eligible.
CDC classes run from 7:30AM to 5:00PM.
Hours for state preschool classes are 7:45AM-1:45PM and 8:00AM-2:00PM.
State Preschool Classes are offered to families with a sliding scale, based on the families ability to pay.
Head Start Collaboration collaboration exists between San Diego Unified School District and Neighborhood House Association.
