Rosa Parks Elementary School is located in the Mid City/City Heights area. 

They offer regular education, special education, and gifted and talented education (GATE) programs.

Through the School in the Park Program students in grades 3-5 receive additional instruction in the Balboa Park museums and cultural institutions for a portion of each year.

Teachers with B-CLAD certification provide support for bilingual students enrolled in bi-literacy classes.

Students participate in after-school programs, intersession and the Success for Life program.
