Bayonne Head Start offers programs for mental, social, and emotional development of low-income and special needs children ages 3 to 5. Children of households whose income falls below the poverty level are eligible for their programs. Children who are homeless, in foster care, or receive public assistance also qualify from Bayonne Head Start.
