How do I enroll my 4 your old?

Hey! I am a saucier resident in need of finding out about headstart, I have a little boy almost four years old, and believe he should be eligible. Right now I’m out of work until I figure out a headstart or a daycare that’s affordable and I really need to go back. Everything else I’ve left a message/email/voicemail about getting info the head start program immediately, hasn’t responded however I have a close friend of mine that said hers starts this week and I’m new to this area still.
