Brooker T Washington is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation offering a comprehensive Head Start program for 192 preschool children as well as a preschool program open to all children ages 3-5.

Our mission is simple. We will nuture young children through quality preschool programs. We will inspire children to use creativity and to discover freely the world around them. We have been a vital part of the Eastlake and Garfield communities since our founding in 1967. We were founded to provide education to children of low income families and have expanded to additional locations and to offer quality preschool. We have continued to grow with the help of our donors and the volunteers that make our mission possible.
