About this PreSchool

Applying for Head Start services is a simple process. Contact the CACOST Head Start 0-5 Program in your community.

An application for admission is completed and submitted to the Enrollment Coordinator.

Requirements:

• Copies of Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Immunization record
• Medical insurance
• Proof of benefits
• Proof of income should be submitted with your application.
