About this PreSchool

The programs nurture the whole child through an integrated curriculum and students are guided through developmentally appropriate learning experiences that emphasize school-readiness. 

1. Birth records for all children under 18 years of age in the family.
   
2. Proof of a address (any evidence of street address, e.g.utility bills,lease,etc.).
3. Physician's Report(LIC701Form)-exam conducted within 1 year prior to enrollment date.
4. Child's immunization record (must be up-to-date).
5. Negative T.B.test results for child-exam conducted within 3 years prior to enrollment date.
6. Proof of all paid income for the month previous to enrollment(e.g. paystubs, unemployment benefits, proof of child support, etc.).
