About this PreSchool

Canton's recruitment efforts take place year round; however, from April to August the program concentrates heavily on recruitment efforts to get ready for the upcoming school year.

They accept children from 3 to 5 years of age; they must turn 3 before September 1st in order to be eligible for Head Start.

The parent must fill out an application and submit the following documents for enrollment:

1. Income
2. Current immunization record
3. Birth certificate
4. Social security card
5. Medical card, CDIB (if applicable)
6. Court documents (if applicable)
7. Any documentation for a child with a disability

They reserve 10% of their enrollment for students with disabilities and 10% for over income students.
