The first step in applying for Head Start is to fill out an application.

Applications are available on their web site under the Head Start Program, at any Head Start Center and other locations in your community.

You may also call 1-877-KIDS-577 and have an application mailed to you.

After you return the application you will be put on a waitlist.

When your name is on the top of the waitlist a Family Worker will call you for an appointment to enroll your child.

When is the enrollment period?
