Arizona's Children Association's Family Education & Support Services are a unique family resource dedicated to providing parents and caregivers with training to promote the best development of each child from birth to adolescence.

Eligibility is based on family income at or below the poverty line according to the Poverty Guidelines established by the federal government.

Children in foster care, homeless children, and children from families receiving public assistance (TANF or SSI) are eligible regardless of income.

Head Start and Early Head Start programs provide free learning services to children ages 0 to 5 from low-income families.

Children with disabilities welcomed at Head Start Centers.

    Are you guys still doing enrollment with the covid ? I had planned on enrolling my daughter but didn’t because of the covid , but was wondering if you are accepting students now
