Im looking for a free pre school program for my son. He is turning 3 in october.

I am a single parent. I was registering my child for kindergarten until I found out due to her birthdate being December 12 that she is only eligible for preschool. I cannot afford to pay for preschool but I was told you have programs for low income. I honestly could not locate any public preschools. All have a tuition.
