About this PreSchool

Application ProcessParents who wish to enroll their children must fill out an application at CRT:

Head Start Center Locations Family Service Centers 555 Windsor St., Hartford Enrollment OfficeParents must bring the following documentation for enrollment:

• Income Verification for household for one month (for example: Tax Forms, W-2 Form, Unemployment compensation, Pay stubs)
• Medical insurance card
• Proof of address
• Updated physical exam (within one year)
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
