About this PreSchool

Needed for Head Start/Early Head Start Enrollment:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Up to date shot record
3. Proof of income
4. Medicaid/Insurance

There are three ways to apply for enrollment.

2. DOWNLOAD & PRINT

Mail to the Child & Family Services main office: 950 E. Snyder, Hobbs, New Mexico 88240.

3. Come by our office and pick up an applicationif you would like to enroll.
