To be eligible to apply for Head Start, the child must have an income within the Federal Income Guidelines or the child mus have a diagnosed disability.

Homeless families, foster families, families who receive Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Employment Related Day Care (ERDC), or Supplemental Social Security Income (SSI) are income eligible to apply.
