Early Head Start EnrollmentEarly Head Start Application ProcessFirst time parents who are pregnant or whose baby is less than three months old may apply. Families with children who have diagnosed disabilities or are referred by Dane County Social Services may not meet the criteria and still be eligible. Soon-to-be and new parents should call (608) 275-6740 and ask for Early Head Start Enrollment information.The Enrollment Process Includes:Nurse visit within two weeks of enrollmentThe Denver Developmental Screener to be completed and on-file within 45 days
