About this PreSchool

Each family must complete an application which will then be processed by Twin Creeks Head Start.

Using an enrollment criteria, applications will be ranked and enrollment opportunities will be offered.

Currently the number of opportunities are limited and your child may in turn be placed on a waiting list for the next available opportunity.

Applications may be obtained at any of the sites listed (Head Start or Pre-K Counts) or by calling Twin Creeks Head Start directly at (814) 724-6530 and PENNCREST School District at (814) 337-1615.
