Greetings! I would like to know how this facility was named. Francina Duval was my Great Grandmother’s name. She was from Fort Pierce. If this location is indeed named after her, please confirm. It would be history for us. She has a son that still Iives there although he’s in a nursing home. His name is Patrick Duval.
