About this PreSchool

To Apply You must Have: Child's birth certificate, Child's Medicaid/Insurance number, Child's immunization record, Social Security numbers of all members of the household, Proof of income such as last year's income tax return, or a printout from DSS for TANF, and finally the Parent or Guardian's signature.
