About this PreSchool

Eligibility UMOJA Head Start Academy enrolls children ages 3 to 5 years old. As a federally funded program, we must enroll children who meet the Head Start family income guidelines. The enrollment process includes, but is not limited to: Complete signed applicationIncome verificationHealth record with immunization formsParent and child Social Security cardsAddress verificationChild's birth certificate All families are selected based on the Ranking Criteria approved by the Baltimore City Head Start Policy Council. The selected families are presented to the Selection Committee for its enrollment approval.
