Our program is FREE and to qualify you must meet certain income guidelines.If you are interested in finding out more about Early Head Start, please fill out the application below and return it with your proof of income to the Early Head Start office at the Highland County Community Action building.Early Head Start Child's ApplicationEarly Head Start Pregnancy ApplicationSince you must meet certain income guidelines, you must send or bring in proof of income. You can use any of the following: pay stubs, W-2 forms, tax returns, unemployment summary, and/ or record of child support payments. If you are homeless we will give you priority for enrollment.All information will be kept confidential.
