Important Enrollment InformationWhen you complete an application you are asked to provide the following:Income InformationBirth Certificate/RecordImmunization RecordEligibility RequirementsChildren must be three years old by September 1 for the Head Pre-school program. Children should be four years old by September 1 to enroll in the PA Pre-K Counts program. Income is a factor in determining eligibility for both programs, but should not keep a family from applyingChildren must be three years old or younger; or you may be a pregnant mom for the Early Head Start program.
