About this PreSchool

Necessary Documentation for Enrollment:

-Certified Birth Certificate (Early Head Start: 6 weeks - 3 years of age; expectant families and Head Start: 3 - 4 years of age; 5 years of age after September 1)

-Documentation of Income (Federal tax return, W-2 form, statement of Income, letter from Social Security Administration, and statement from the Department of Employment Security if zero income or unemployed.)

-Current Physical Examination
