About this PreSchool

The Head Start is presently taking applications for 2011/2012 school year. To be eligible your child must turn 3 years old on or before October 15 2011, or turn 5 years old after October 15, 2011. Preference will be given to children with Disabilities, along with transportation if needed. Parents will need to bring Proof of Income with the application. A letter of Acceptance or Denial will be mailed to parents. If accepted, a date for orientation will be included in your Acceptance Letter, along with a request for the following documentation, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, MaineCare/Insurance Card, and Immunization Record. These will be copied and originals given back to parents. If your child has not had an annual physical, they will need to have one before school starts. Deadline for approval of enrollment is April 28, 2011. If you need additional information, or assistance with the application, I can be contacted at the Head Start Building.
