About this PreSchool

Using the website address indicated in the box above, select, download, complete the Criteria Checklist and Registration Application forms (pdf or word format) and print. When completing your application using online forms, you must bring the completed forms and required documents to a Preschool Registration site. Please do not email or send them. All documents must be reviewed and signed in person at registration. Express lines may be available at some registration sites
