My daughter lives in Hutchinson with her fiance, her son, and their daughter. She's needing to go back to work, but doesn't know where she needs to start for daycare. I really think my grandson would benefit from being involved with some kind of program to help him in his development and social skills. Is this possible if she can't afford to pay right now?
