How to EnrollThank you for your interest in the R/K CAA Head Start Program . The application process is designed to be convenient and family-friendly. There are two simple steps that need to be completed to put your child on the road to Head Start participation. 1) Obtain and Complete a Head Start application Head Start applications are available at any R/K CAA Head Start Program sites as well as any R/K CAA site. See the site listings for location nearest you. For your convenience the application packet is also available for download here. If you are unable to obtain the application and would like one sent to you please call: (262) 633-0082 to request one by mail. 2) Submit required documentation Along with the completed application it is a requirement to include additional family information.
