How do you enroll in the Head Start Program? Contact your local Head Start Program or Ofelia Barron with the CVCOG Rural Head Start office at (325)944-9666.The following documents are required to enroll your child into the program:PROOF OF ALL INCOME (1040/W2, TANF, SSI, child support, check stubs, or letter from employer stating hourly wage & hours worked per week)Child's Birth CertificateChild's Shot RecordFood Stamp Case Number(if applicable)Proof of Medicaid, CHIP or Private Health Insurance(if applicable)
