About this PreSchool

We require the following items in order to process your application: (tm) Verification of income for last 12 months (pay stubs, tax returns, written statement from employers, etc.) OR Verification of TANF benefits (Cash Benefits from Welfare) OR Confirmation of Foster Parent Status (tm) Copy of child's Birth Certificate (tm) Copy of child's medical insurance card (tm) For prenatal services we also require verification of pregnancy from your doctor (tm) For enrollment in full-day Head Start or Early Head Start classes we require verification of 32 or more hours per week of parent qualifying activities (employment, job training, or school)To enroll your child in one of our programs or to enroll yourself if you are pregnant, call ourEnrollment HOTLINE at 614.460.8740
