Early Head Start RegistrationRegistration for Early Head Start is held throughout the program year. All low-income families, teen mothers/fathers, and families of infants or toddlers with special needs living in Alexandria are invited to register.Infants and Toddlers are accepted into Early Head Start based on income eligibility and the needs of the family, and are ranked according to a point system (link to point system) to ensure that the children of families with the most need, and especially, teen mothers/fathers with infants or toddlers, are served by the program.
