MCCC (Mid-Columbia Children's Council) offers a free Preschool, as well as Head Start and Early Head Start programs.
Their Preschool and Head Start Programs serve children aged 3-5, while their Early Head Start is for children 0-3 years old.
To be eligible, families must live at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.
Any children in foster care, homeless children, and also children from families receiving public assistance (such as TANF or SSI) are eligible regardless of income.
Most of the MCCC learning centers offer their Preschool program from 8:00am-2:00pm and the Infant/Toddler program from 8:00am-3:15pm.
