About this PreSchool

If you are interested in enrolling your child into their Head start Program you can visit any of their Sites or administration office and bring the following documents:

• Last Year's Income taxes or 6 checks stubs
• Child's birth certificate
• Immunization Record
• If your child has a disability please bring confirmed diagnosis (IEP, IFSP, Psychological Report)
