About this PreSchool

If you would like to give your child a head start in life, call the centernearest to where you live for additional information.

The Head Start Brochure and the Head Start Enrollment application now available online in PDF format.

You will need the Adobe Reader to view and print the brochure and application.

No child will be accepted without the following documents attached to the application:

• Child's age (Birth Certificate/child must be 3 years old)
• Child's Immunization record (Shots)
• Child's Social Security number
• Household IncomeComplete entire form and return with the above documents to your local Head Start Center.
